By using MedRx telehealth services, you consent to receive medical care via video and electronic communication. You understand that:
- Care is provided by licensed physicians through secure video visits.
- You must be physically located in California, Hawaii, or Guam at the time of each visit.
- Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care; in an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
- Your health information will be kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and our Privacy Policy.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the service.
