Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment cancellations
If you cancel a scheduled visit, refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:
- 24 hours or more before your appointment: You may be eligible for a partial refund. Refund amount (if any) is determined by MedRx and will be processed according to this policy.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment: No refund is provided for late cancellations.
- No-show (missing your appointment without canceling): No refund is provided.
To request a refund after canceling, contact us with your intake or appointment details. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscriptions (GLP / Weight track)
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; no refunds are provided for the current or partial billing period. Medication and other costs are separate and non-refundable once dispensed.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling to a different date or time is not a cancellation. No refund is issued for reschedules. If you reschedule and later cancel, the cancellation policy above applies to the new appointment time.
Exceptions
MedRx may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., service failure on our side). Such exceptions do not create a right to refund in other cases.
