1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MedRx services, including the MedRx website and the MyHealthAlly mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of California, Hawaii, or Guam to use MedRx telehealth services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Telehealth Services
MedRx provides physician-led precision longevity medicine for women 35–55, including metabolic optimization, hormonal management, GLP-1 agonist therapy, and cardiovascular risk reduction. Our services are delivered through the MedRx Precision Longevity Program™, video consultations, and the MyHealthAlly app. Telehealth services are not a substitute for in-person emergency care.
4. MyHealthAlly App
All MedRx programs include access to the MyHealthAlly mobile application at no additional cost. The app is used for video visits, secure messaging, photo check-ins, and treatment monitoring. By enrolling in a MedRx program, you agree to download and use the MyHealthAlly app for your clinical care. Your use of the app is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. MedRx does not provide diagnoses or treatment for conditions outside the scope of our offered programs. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health information, follow treatment recommendations, and notify us of any adverse reactions or changes in your health status. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Program fees are as disclosed at enrollment. The MedRx Precision Longevity Program is a 12-month physician-led program priced between $4,000–$8,000 depending on scope. All programs include MyHealthAlly app access at no additional cost. Prescriptions, medications (including GLP-1 agonists, HRT, and other treatments), labs, body composition scans, and supplements are purchased separately by the patient and are not included in program fees. Payment plans may be available.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the MedRx website and MyHealthAlly app are owned by or licensed to MedRx. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
MedRx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MedRx services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
