2. Telehealth Services

MedRx provides telehealth consultations for weight management, hair, and skin care. Our services are available to patients physically located in California, Hawaii, or Guam at the time of each visit, who are 18 years or older.

3. Medical Disclaimer

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information, follow treatment recommendations, and notify us of any adverse reactions or changes in your health status.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription and visit fees are as disclosed at checkout. You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Medication and product costs may vary.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel an appointment, a partial refund may be available when you cancel at least 24 hours before your visit; no refund is provided for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or for no-shows. Subscription cancellations stop future charges; no refunds for the current or partial billing period. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

MedRx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
