2. Telehealth Services

MedRx provides telehealth consultations for weight management and hormone therapy. Our services are available to residents of California, Hawaii, and Guam who are 18 years or older.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Treatment decisions are made by licensed physicians based on your individual health profile.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information, follow treatment recommendations, and notify us of any adverse reactions or changes in your health status.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months. Medication costs may vary based on your treatment plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

MedRx Telehealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
